• Cancellation fees are always non-refundable.
• All payment (less $20.00 per person cancellation fee) are refundable until 14 days prior to jump date.
• You may reschedule if you provide a minimum of 72 hrs advance notice.
• All rescheduled reservations must be used within 90 days of the original date you were scheduled to jump.
• Jump packages are fully transferable to another person should you find your schedule does not accommodate rescheduling.
• No rain checks / no refunds will be given for guests who are late or do not show up.

It is important to arrive at your designated meeting time and location on time. There is no opportunity to go shopping for any items you left at home therefore, we recommend fill the gas tank, purchase all supplies and prepare everything the night before.

This is a full day adventure which requires preparation,    DO NOT “just wing it!”

Under rare circumstances during the rainy season we may need to reschedule due to inclement weather. Rescheduling due to mother nature is beyond our control and guests are rescheduled and not refunded. In this situation, you will have an open reservation that must be used up within 90 days of the original date you were scheduled to jump. Jump packages are fully transferable to another person should you find your schedule does not accommodate rescheduling.
